JLI Seeks Receptionist
Are you a native-German speaker?
We are looking for German-speaking staff for our Florida office. The reason is that our law firm mainly represents clients from Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.
Why a native-German-speaker? The reason is that we want our clients to feel at home. The hiring of a law firm can be a stressful situation under the best of circumstances, and, unfortunately, our clients often come to us in less-than-ideal times. The ability to communicate in one’s own native language is typically reassuring for our clients. Moreover, a touch of home can bring some relief during the stress of litigation in the United States court system.
What level of experience is required?
It is not necessary to have worked in a law firm before, as we cultivate the competency of our employees ourselves. Instead, we seek motivated employees who can speak German with our clients and are familiar with the European culture.
For this position we seek an energetic and friendly person, who is easily able to communicate via telephone.
What work permission is required?
You must be authorized/permitted to work in the U.S.
What are the office hours?
9 a.m. to 5 p.m. / Monday through Friday.
What benefits are available?
Health insurance, dental insurance, and paid-time-off are available after ninety (90) days of employment.
