This doctrine is a mechanism whereby a court authorizes an attorney to appear in a jurisdiction for a particular case. Our attorneys have been admitted by courts in a significant number of states in the United States over the years.
Moreover, we work with local attorneys throughout the country, who serve as our local counsel for purposes of Pro Hac Vice admission. These attorneys are also available to answer questions about local customs or requirements. This allows our firm to provide you with the most comprehensive legal representation possible. However, and importantly, Jackson Law International remains primary counsel in such matters and handles the “heavy work” involved in properly litigating a case.
